Commercial Legal Counsel
Central London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

A leading international fintech is looking to hire a Commercial Legal Counsel (2–3 PQE) to join its dynamic and fast-growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially-minded lawyer to work at the heart of a highly innovative and scaling business.
The Role
You’ll be advising across a broad range of commercial matters, supporting product, commercial, and operations teams as the company continues its international growth. This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g. supplier, customer, partnership, and technology contracts).
- Supporting Compliance and Risk teams with regulatory obligations.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across legal, compliance, risk, product, and commercial.
- Helping improve legal processes, templates, and internal know-how as the business scales.
About You
- Qualified solicitor with 2-3 years’ PQE (UK or common law jurisdiction).
- Solid experience in commercial and financial services law, either in-house or from a top law firm.
- Prior exposure to a regulated financial services environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to advise in a pragmatic, solutions-oriented way.
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
