Welcome to Briefed's Workplace Pregnancy Loss Training
This short module contains practical guidance for managers and colleagues of those who have suffered pregnancy or baby loss, so you can provide appropriate and helpful workplace support.

Why did Briefed develop this training?
Briefed is a barrister-led team which provides online training, certification, and compliance support to businesses on a wide range of topics including health & wellbeing, equality & diversity, GDPR & cyber security, and business skills.
We have partnered with leading family law solicitor and baby loss campaigner, Keeley Lengthorn, to develop this free online workplace pregnancy loss training. Losing a pregnancy is a devastating and heart-breaking experience for any parent, often with long-term physical and psychological effects for both parents. Keeley, who has lost three children in the space of three years, had to navigate returning to work alongside grieving for her loss.
Until now there has been no formal training or guidance available to organisations to help their employees with this. You will hear more about Keeley’s story in the training, along with how she is campaigning to change the law in this area, with George’s law.
