Designed specifically for barristers, clerks and other employees working in chambers.
Equality at the Bar ensures all individuals are treated equally in status, their individual rights or opportunities they have access to. A diverse profession allows different skills and attributes to be brought to the Bar which will help drive change and modernisation.
The barristers at Briefed have consulted with the Bar Standards Board in creating this Bar-specific Equality and Diversity module for members and employees within chambers. This module is intended to make you think about how your behaviour may impact others, even inadvertently.

- Want to undertake training which will challenge and engage them, rather than just completing a tick-box exercise

What's included in this training module?
This course includes a Bar-specific module, written to highlight the key equality and diversity issues experienced at the Bar. This includes practical steps to take to improve diversity, with a multiple-choice assessment included at the end of the module. A certificate of completion is awarded on successful completion of the assessment.
