Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Accreditation
Designed specifically for barristers, clerks and other employees working in chambers.
To support chambers and barristers who wish to actively increase their knowledge and commitment to diversity, Briefed has launched a bespoke Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Accreditation for barristers and chambers professionals.
As well as a bar-specific Anti-Racism module, designed to support chambers in meeting their mandatory anti-racism training requirements, the Accreditation also includes access to our Equality and Diversity, Fair Recruitment, Anti-Bullying & Harrassment and Unconscious Bias modules. This full suite of training is intended to offer an insight into the specific issues which exist at the Bar and encourage individuals to proactively contribute to improving and resolving these.
While each of these modules can be purchased individually, we offer this Accreditation as a cost-effective way to access the full spectrum of our Equality, Diversity and Accreditation training, while also offering the opportunity to achieve our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Accreditation. This demonstrates, to your chambers, your colleagues and the BSB, a commitment to understanding and seeking to improve equality and diversity issues at the Bar.
This independent Accreditation can be completed when it is convenient during a 12-month period, with full access to each of the modules, and the Accreditation badge awarded on completion of all five modules.

How long is my Accreditation valid for?
