Mental Health Awareness Training
Designed for barristers, clerks and any chambers employee who wants to understand how mental health problems can present themselves in the workplace.
Our state of mind influences how we think, how we feel and how we act. It also affects how we treat relationships, handle stress and make daily choices. Your mental health is exactly the same as your physical health, and it should be taken care of in the same manner.
This training is designed to help you understand what mental health is, how to recognise mental health problems and the practical steps to take when seeking help or helping someone else.
