How many courses do you have?
We currently offer over 30 training courses across 7 different portfolios:
All of our training is facilitated through our eLearning platform., which you can access via a desktop of laptop. You'll have 12 months to complete your training from the date of allocation but you don't have to complete it all in one go - you can come back to it whenever you like during the same time period.
I have a received a request for a Subject Access Request, can Briefed help?
Yes, one of the services we offer is Subject Access Request Advice. You can get in touch with one of our team of barristers who can support you through the right procedure and protocol.

Training
I've completed my training, how can I download my certificate?
Please go to the 'My
Certificates' section of your account, where you can download copies of any certificates in date. If you need
assistance with this, please get in touch. Unfortunately, we cannot
provide copies of expired certificates.
How can I access a new training module?
If you would like access to another training module we
offer, please contact your organisation's administrator to request this or contact a member of our team.
My training isn't loading/I can't see the training material - what should I do?
This may be an issue with your browser - please try
logging into your account in a different browser to see if this resolves the
issue. If the problem persists, please get in touch with our team.
Is my training progress automatically saved?
Yes, our training platform will automatically save
your training progress; therefore, if you need to leave the page, you can pick up where you left off at any time.
I have completed my training but not received my certificate?
Please ensure your course is showing as 'completed' in your account dashboard.
If the course has not registered as completed, please return to the course and make sure you click through until the end.
Once completed, you can download any certificates from the 'My Certifications' section of your account.
I failed my end of training exam, can I take it again?
Yes, each of our courses allows you to undertake the exam twice.
Upon failing a test, we would advise you to revisit the training materials before attempting the test again. If you need to sit the test a third time, please contact our team on hello@getbriefed.com or 028 9621 6345 so they can reset this for you.

How can I update my account details?
In order to update your name, email address or
password, please login to your account and navigate to the 'My info' section.
Enter the new information into the relevant field and then press the 'Update
user' button at the bottom to save your changes.

Please navigate to
the login page and choose the 'Reset Password' option.
You will then be
sent a link to your email, which will allow you to reset your password.
