Fair Recruitment Training
Designed to increase understanding of what recruiting fairly means for Chambers.
Fair Recruitment processes actively recognise the need for diversity in the workplace and embraces the wide range of perspectives, qualities and experiences which new candidates can bring to chambers. It's not simply a tick-box exercise designed to cover the recruitment quota of people with disabilities and those from underrepresented backgrounds.
By fairly recruiting, chambers offer new members and staff the opportunity to build meaningful careers and thrive at the Bar. Focusing on creating a diverse, inclusive culture in chambers will not only heighten appeal to the widest pool of legal professionals, but also the best possible choice of prospective candidates.
