This full suite of training is designed to offer an insight into specific issues that exist at the Bar and encourage individuals to proactively contribute to improving and resolving them.

While each of these modules can be purchased individually, we offer this accreditation as a cost-effective way to access the full spectrum of our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion portfolio training, with the added incentive of achieving our EDI Accreditation. This demonstrates to your chambers, your colleagues, and the Bar Standards Board (BSB), a commitment to understanding and seeking to improve equality and diversity issues at the Bar.

Who is this Accreditation designed for?

Barristers and chambers employees who:

• Want a better understanding of the key equality, diversity and inclusion issues which are prevalent at the Bar.
• Want to undertake training which will challenge and engage them, rather than just completing a tick-box exercise.
• Are looking for a cost-effective way to undertake the full spectrum of EDI modules.
• Have a particular responsibility within chambers for recruitment and/or equality and diversity.
• Would like to be part of creating a culture of inclusivity at the Bar.

This independent Accreditation can be completed when it is convenient during a 12-month period, with full access to each of the modules, and the Accreditation badge awarded on completion of all five modules.
