Working closely with the Head of Chambers and Management Committee, you will lead both clerking and administrative staff, oversee the smooth management of members’ practices, and ensure Chambers continues to deliver the highest standards of service to its clients. From diary and fee management to business development, client engagement, and strategic planning, this is a wide-ranging role at the heart of Chambers’ success.
We are seeking a dynamic leader with proven management experience in the legal or professional services sector, exceptional organisational and financial skills, and the ability to inspire confidence with barristers, staff, and clients alike. Commercially astute, proactive, and people-focused, you will bring both strategic vision and day-to-day operational expertise.
