About this training
The BSB requires all members and staff involved in chambers recruitment processes to complete fair recruitment training. This covers recruitment of staff, pupils and even lateral tenancy applications. This module helps recruitment teams implement an effective and compliant process.
By implementing fair recruitment principles, chambers can attract the broadest range of candidates and create an environment where all members and staff have the opportunity to succeed.
Developed by experienced compliance barristers working in-house at Briefed, this training covers the Equality Act 2010, BSB requirements, and practical guidance for every stage of the recruitment process.
Typically members and staff who avail of this training module also undertake our Unconscious Bias training as well given the interconnected nature of both.
