Applications are welcomed from Practice Managers within both chambers and law firm environments.
The role will take ownership of the firm’s operations, including office management, IT, suppliers, facilities, compliance, and case management systems. You will also support marketing and business development, from organising events and managing pipelines to maintaining the website and overseeing practice management of over 30 staff.
In addition, you will oversee HR and finance, including recruitment, appraisals, trainee programmes, billing, reporting, and financial performance. This is a broad, hands-on role suited to a commercially minded individual who enjoys ownership and making a tangible impact.
