An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive part-time Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer in a pivotal, fast-paced role at the heart of chambers.
This is a trusted and varied position, providing high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for members, staff and external stakeholders, ensuring the CEO’s time is managed effectively and that meetings, communications and follow-up actions are handled seamlessly.
You will be someone who thrives in a professional services environment, exercises discretion always, and anticipates needs before they arise.
