Everyone should feel safe and respected in a chambers environment, and this training aims to shed light on the culture of silence surrounding sexual harassment by making everyone aware of the problem and establishing clear consequences.
Our training will delve into the different types of sexual harassment, including those often considered "grey areas”, and focus on empowering chambers members and staff to recognise sexual harassment and how to address inappropriate behaviour.
