What will you be doing? 
Sitting as part of a 3 person team, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the ongoing obligations of a UK listed company. As such, knowledge of the UK Corporate Governance Code, Listing Rules, and MAR are essential. You will draft and release stock exchange announcements, support on the AGM and Annual Report, liaise with the Compensation & Benefit’s team to manage annual awards, review and enhance current frameworks, policies, and processes, and oversee the Group’s subsidiary governance.

What do I need to apply? 

  • Part or fully qualified with the CGI
  • Currently operating at the Assistant Company Secretary level with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Prior and recent experience in a UK main market listed company (essential)  
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to be dynamic and manage shifting priorities under pressure
  • Confident, articulate, and able to operate autonomously whilst using initiative
