DMJ are supporting a FTSE100 client in their search for an Interim Senior Company Secretary. This is a superb opportunity to form part of a leading governance function and work across different projects. The successful candidate will be CGI qualified with a minimum of 6 years’ experience operating in a listed environment.

Responsibilities
  • Act as Secretary to the Remuneration Committee
  • Provide corporate governance subject matter expertise and advice to committee members, supporting informed decision making and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage core PLC processes including corporate reporting, maintenance of restricted and insider lists, and dividend documentation
  • Lead the preparation and submission of regulatory announcements and disclosures
  • Oversee remuneration governance processes, ensuring that executive compensation practices are aligned with governance standards
  • Monitor and report on major shareholding interests, ensuring compliance with relevant stock exchange requirements
