Key Responsibilities 

  • Advise on matters of compliance, board practices, financial reporting, and ASX listing rules
  • Co-ordinate, attend, and minute board meetings including managing annual board calendars
  • Support process and team development through identification of training gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement
  • Build and maintain client relationships including with the Boards and Executive teams of portfolio companies 

Requirements 

  • CGI qualified with a minimum of 4 years’ experience
  • Prior professional services experience and knowledge of listing rules is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as in a team
  • Intuitive, dynamic, and able to manage shifting workloads and priorities
