The recent Independent Review of bullying and harassment at the Bar, led by Baroness Harriet Harman KC, has sent shockwaves across the Bar. Everyone at the Bar, from Heads of Chambers to support staff, has a role to play in addressing bullying and harassment once and for all.
By completing this training, you will gain a deeper understanding of what constitutes bullying and harassment, and learn how to identify, prevent, and respond to these behaviours.
This training meets all recommendations as outlined in Baroness Harriet Harman KC’s Report, specifically Recommendation 4, which details what Anti-Bullying and Harassment Training should include.
