Empowering barristers and chambers professionals to more effectively engage, represent and advise neurodivergent clients and colleagues.
Navigating the legal system is challenging for any client, but for neurodivergent individuals, the experience can be significantly more complex.
Without the right understanding or adjustments, these clients can be unfairly disadvantaged. With proper awareness of the needs of neurodivergent individuals, barristers and clerks can work to achieve better outcomes for their clients, and better support their colleagues in chambers.
This module empowers barristers to support neurodivergent clients and colleagues, by understanding their legal responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 and adapting their practice accordingly.
This training is for all chambers personnel, including:
- Barristers
- Chambers Management
- Clerks
- Chambers Staff
- Pupils
100% of users said they would recommend this training to a colleague.
