- Lead the smooth running of Boards & Committees
- Champion best-in-class corporate governance practices
- Advise senior stakeholders including the CEO and Committee Chairs
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Drive governance innovation and horizon scanning
The ideal candidate…
- Fully qualified with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a LTD or PLC environment
- Demonstrable senior stakeholder engagement with Boards and Executives
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Deep knowledge of the UK Corporate Governance Code
- Organised, sharp, and calm under pressure
- Immediately available to start a role (September 2025)

Offering a salary of £90,000-£105,000 (dependent on experience), bonus, and wider benefits inclusive of hybrid working.
