The Role

They are looking for an Insolvency Disputes Solicitor (1–4 PQE), to join their dynamic team and support the growing volume of high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of insolvency disputes, including contentious matters.

• Advise clients on insolvency law, litigation strategies and effective risk management.

• Draft and review pleadings, applications and other legal documents with precision.

• Work closely with colleagues across legal teams to ensure smooth case management.

• Represent clients in court proceedings and liaise effectively with external counsel.

• Conduct thorough legal research to inform case strategy and preparation.

• Maintain clear, regular communication with clients, ensuring they are supported at every stage.

• Uphold all regulatory and professional standards in your practice.

What They Are Looking For

• 1-4PQE solicitor with a strong academic background in law.

• In-depth understanding of insolvency law and litigation processes.

• Proven experience managing contentious insolvency cases.

• Excellent research, drafting and communication skills.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Proactive, solutions-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
