Mandatory Training Requirements
Essential courses required by the Bar Standards Board (BSB) and Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
A BSB mandatory requirement for all members to refresh every three years and staff to take training consistenly (1 hour).
Required annually by most insurers and for Cyber Essentials accreditation for both members and staff (1 hour).

Legislative Compliance Training
Training courses mandated by UK legislation and regulatory requirements.
Required under BSB rules and anti-money laundering legislation (1.5 hours).

Best Practice & Professional Development
Recommended training courses that enhance professional standards and support wellbeing.
Good practice at present but in light of recent negative publicity may become recommended (2+ Hours)
Required for all those involved in dealing with complaints (1 hour).
