Our client, Sharif A. Shivji KC, a leading Silk at 4 Stone Buildings and Joint Head of Chambers, is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support his professional practice and wide-ranging business commitments, including several high-profile board positions.
This is a unique hybrid opportunity to work at the heart of a prestigious chambers, in a fast-paced environment, providing both executive and administrative support across legal, commercial, and strategic activities.
The successful candidate will manage complex schedules, oversee international travel arrangements, and act as a key point of contact with senior external organisations. You will also contribute to the broader administration of chambers, including finance, PR, marketing, and the delivery of strategic projects and initiatives.
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded individual who combines excellent organisational skills with strategic awareness. You should be comfortable working at senior levels, exercising discretion and professionalism at all times, while bringing energy and initiative to the role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to identify opportunities to add value.
This role offers significant scope to make an impact, working closely with one of the UK’s leading barristers in both his legal and business endeavours.
