I have been exclusively instructed by an established professional services firm who are seeking a fully qualified Company Secretary to join its high-performing team as a Senior Manager. This is a client-facing role supporting a diverse portfolio of listed and large private companies with complex company secretarial and corporate governance needs.

You’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end company secretarial services, including Board and committee meeting management, compliance with the Companies Act and Listing Rules, drafting governance sections of annual reports, supporting AGMs and managing regulatory announcements. You’ll also mentor junior team members and contribute to ongoing client relationship management.

The ideal candidate will be CGI qualified with strong listed company or professional services experience, excellent drafting and stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of UK Corporate Governance frameworks.

This role offers exposure to high-profile clients, pre- and post-IPO activity and the opportunity to lead on strategic governance projects.

Salary – Up to £85,000
