A growing investment management firm, is looking for a proactive and organised Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to support the governance and compliance of its in-house team and a London-listed investment trust.

You’ll work closely with the Company Secretary on a wide range of company secretarial and governance tasks, from drafting Board agendas and preparing minutes to assisting with stock exchange announcements and Companies House filings. This is a dynamic role offering exposure to listed company requirements, corporate actions and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a company secretarial team, be working towards or have completed Chartered Governance Institute qualifications, and be eager to develop their expertise in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in legal and governance while contributing to the transition to a more sustainable economy.

Salary - £45,000-£55,000
