Pre-Instruction & Understanding Your Client

It also addresses making reasonable adjustments for vulnerable clients and outlines your obligations around fee transparency and communication.

Client Verification


Understand the enhanced client verification obligations associated with Public Access work. This module outlines the key legal and regulatory requirements, clarifying when they apply and your specific responsibilities. You’ll also learn how to conduct effective due diligence and identify common warning signs to help protect your practice.

Making an Effective Public Access Practice
